ZUMBA
Zumba is a Latin inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music with dance movements. We dance to; salsa, reggaeton, tango, hip hop, merengue, belly dance, bachata... you name it we dance it!
BEAT IT
Beat IT is a prechoreographed program in which boxing and kickboxing methods are used along with one fundamental element: accents in the music. These musical accents are sounds created to guide punches, kicks and manoeuvres, turning the training into a real show. It's for people of every age that want to lose weight, tone up and release the stress in a fun and exciting way.
Fit & Trim
Boot Camp style class. Every time we train we'll do something different. We will work on upper and lower body muscles, we'll do plyometric style classes, interval classes, leg day, cardio day, pyramid training, step and weights, etc..
The class is designed to shape muscles, get you stronger, fitter, healthier, more agile, faster. It will boost your self esteem.
3 Month Zumba Challenge
Are you ready to change your life for the better? Let me help by showing you the way to a better and healthier life. The challenge includes meal plans, weight routines, measurements, body fat percentage , lot's of Zumbaing and all my support.
Please be advised....... you can only do this if you are 100% sure that you want to do it. If the mind was a muscle it would be the strongest muscle we posses... it can make you or brake you.
You will learn to live your life without dieting ever again... you will learn to love exercising, you will learn to push your body to the limit, you will get that adrenaline that pumps you up, that makes you feel like a $100 bucks.
